Extended Day ProgramsThe YSGA extended program offers students both academic and social opportunities.
In September & January, the Extended Day Coordinator provides families with the list of clubs that are available for the year, and a registration form is completed. The Extended Day fall semester begins at the end of September and continues to Mid-Dec. The Extended Day spring semester begins at the end of January and continues to Mid-May. Extended Day starts at dismissal time with a snack and ends at 4:45. Families are responsible for picking up their children from Extended Day by 5:00 PM.

Academics
Homework help and tutoring is available for students. Staff help students work on homework and provide on the spot tutoring for students that are struggling with specific skills.
Enrichment
A variety of clubs are available to students. The selection varies from drumming to technology to volleyball to cooking! Each year, our staff design clubs that provide unique experiences.
